    Just a very fun, informative, and engaging weekend
    I wanted to do this tour specifically to see as many birds as possible and I think we did just that! Besides all the birds, highlights include the unexpected things I saw like the river otters and the cool roosting bats and the roti breakfast after the boat ride was fantastic!!! Everything was so smoothly organized and simple. I knew all the details well in advance and communication was next level! Jessica and others in her department were so amazing to work with! They replied quickly and with tons of information, always meeting and exceeding my needs...Wonderful tours! The 3 tours I did were all unique and interesting and as my main goal was to see birds, that was achieved but I learned so much about the people and history of the country.     No real low points for me, but would like to add a comment that if you have difficulty walking, it may not be feasible to do the tour through the park. An aerial view could be recommended. The tour was well organized with excellent coordination between transport from hotel to airport, airport staff, and tour guide staff. Everyone was friendly, polite and informative. I would recommend installing hand rails, or ropes for gripping to assist with climbing in the areas with incline. I would like to comment that Ms. Ross has been extremely helpful in assisting me with organizing this tour. She responded to my queries timely and communicated with me frequently with updates such as driver pick up details.

    Spectacular Falls and Impeccable Coordination
    The falls were spectacular, as expected. Our pilot was kind enough to do a flyby so that everyone on the plane could get a nice view from the air. Our tour guide at the falls was very knowledgeable and pointed out several carnivorous plants, a viper, and a rocket frog. He also shared information about the geology of the area. I was very pleased with the organization and coordination. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we were able to see the falls during our brief time in Georgetown.

    Overall, it was a wonderful experience - everyone was friendly and helpful - tour guide, bus driver, and boat driver, and of course, the Wilderness Explorers reps - Shonnette, Jessica and Antoinette and all who helped to make this trip a success. Although the tour guide spoke about the Bartica history while we were travelling in the boat, the Bartica stop could have had a short tour of the place other than the esplanade - maybe a walk along the main street.
