The operators of Kaieteur falls needs to make accommodations for the elderly and disable , they too wants to visit .It was my first visit and I would certainly want to visit again but it is very expensive for our local people to visit parts of our country because of the high cost.
The falls were spectacular, as expected. Our pilot was kind enough to do a flyby so that everyone on the plane could get a nice view from the air. Our tour guide at the falls was very knowledgeable and pointed out several carnivorous plants, a viper, and a rocket frog. He also shared information about the geology of the area. I was very pleased with the organization and coordination. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure we were able to see the falls during our brief time in Georgetown.
No real low points for me, but would like to add a comment that if you have difficulty walking, it may not be feasible to do the tour through the park. An aerial view could be recommended. The tour was well organized with excellent coordination between transport from hotel to airport, airport staff, and tour guide staff. Everyone was friendly, polite and informative. I would recommend installing hand rails, or ropes for gripping to assist with climbing in the areas with incline. I would like to comment that Ms. Ross has been extremely helpful in assisting me with organizing this tour. She responded to my queries timely and communicated with me frequently with updates such as driver pick up details.

It was great to learn how they got the name Kaieteur. It was amazing to see the beautiful waterfalls and the people were so friendly both the staff and the guests. The snacks could have been better. I was very impressed and excited. Everything was planned perfectly and well organized upon arrival at Ogle Airport. This was an amazing experience for myself and my uncle both.
It was all a highlight. The flight was a great experience, the walk was beautiful and the waterfall was just breathtaking, amazing… Great, WhatsApp communications with Jessica were super easy and always quick responses. Big thanks to her….Amazing experience, mother nature is just amazing. Thanks for making this happen. And thanks to Jessica who made everything so easy.
Incredible and wonderful sight to see…I loved the fact that the tour was flexible and I could see whatever I wanted. Charro was amazing, answered all the countless questions and always responded very quickly. She’s the star! Christina was also very helpful arranging the payment after initial complications.
