Most of the group were in Guyana for the first time and were in awe of Kaieteur and Orinduik Falls and the eco tourism part of the experience. Every aspect of the tour met our expectations. I booked this tour from abroad and emailed Ms. Jessica Ross for several days with questions and concerns and she took each and brought me to best answers even when I landed in Guyana she was kind and helped me through the process of getting to the airport and finding exactly where I needed to go.
